What we do for you

End-to-end support across the five stages that decide whether studying abroad actually happens: choosing the right program, applying well, funding it, preparing the visa file, and arriving prepared.

Our Services

Support at every stage

Each service can be taken on its own, but most students work with us across the whole journey β€” that is where the guidance compounds.

University & Program Selection

We match your academic background, career goals, budget and destination preferences to programs that genuinely fit, rather than to whatever happens to be available.

  • Academic profile and eligibility assessment
  • Shortlist of suitable universities and programs
  • Entry requirement and tuition breakdown
  • Intake and deadline planning
πŸ“„

Application & Admission Support

Applications fail on detail. We prepare and check every document, then follow the application through with the institution until a decision is issued.

  • Document checklist and verification
  • Personal statement and motivation letter guidance
  • Submission handled end to end
  • Follow-up with the admissions office

Scholarships & Funding Guidance

We help you find the scholarships and affordable study routes you are actually eligible for, with honest guidance on deadlines and realistic chances.

  • Scholarship eligibility screening
  • Affordable destination and program options
  • Application timelines for funding rounds
  • Guidance on financial documentation
πŸ›‚

Visa Guidance

We prepare your file so it is accurate and complete. We do not promise approval, because no honest consultancy can.

  • Country-specific document preparation
  • Financial evidence guidance
  • Interview preparation
  • Insurance and accommodation requirements

Relocation & Arrival Support

The move itself is where most students are left alone. We plan it with you so arriving is a process rather than a scramble.

  • Accommodation search guidance
  • Travel and arrival planning
  • Pre-departure briefing
  • Settling-in and registration support

Tuition Refund if Your Visa Is Refused

A visa decision is the one part of the process nobody can guarantee. If your student visa is refused, we refund your university tuition fee, so a refusal does not cost you the money you put toward studying.

  • Applies to the university tuition fee paid through us
  • Terms set out in writing before you commit to anything
  • Refund handled directly with you, without you chasing it
  • Covers the one outcome that is outside anyone’s control

Student Work & Summer Jobs

Arriving is only half of it β€” most students need to earn while they study. We help you find student work as soon as you arrive, and international summer jobs for the holidays.

  • Help finding part-time student work after arrival
  • International summer job placements for the holidays
  • Guidance on what your student visa permits you to work
  • Support with applications and local requirements
Our Process

A clear process, start to finish

You always know which stage you are at and what happens next.

01

Consultation

We start by understanding your academic background, budget and where you want your education to take you.

02

Program Match

We build a shortlist of universities and programs that fit your profile, with requirements and costs set out clearly.

03

Application

Documents prepared, statements reviewed, submissions made and followed up with the institution.

04

Admission

We track your application through to a decision and keep you informed at each stage.

05

Visa Preparation

Documentation, financial evidence and interview preparation for your student visa application.

06

Departure

Accommodation, travel and arrival planning so your first weeks abroad are already organised.

Admission Requirements

What you need to apply

The documents most universities ask for. Exact requirements vary by country, institution and program β€” we confirm yours before you start gathering anything.

Bachelor's degree

For students applying straight from secondary school, or returning to start an undergraduate degree.

  • Secondary school certificate (WASSCE 5 credits including English, or equivalent)
  • Official academic transcripts
  • Proof of English proficiency, or a medium-of-instruction letter
  • Valid international passport
  • Motivation letter
  • Passport photographs to the format the university specifies

Some programs add an entrance examination or interview, and medical and engineering courses often ask for specific subjects at secondary level.

Master's degree

For graduates continuing to postgraduate study, whether straight from a first degree or after working.

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate 2nd class or higher
  • Official academic transcripts for the full degree
  • Proof of English proficiency, or a medium-of-instruction letter
  • Valid international passport
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Motivation letter
  • Letters of recommendation

Some programs ask for relevant work experience, a portfolio, or a first degree in a related field. Research-based programs may want a proposal.
